NINCo, or the PHN National Improvement Network Collaborative, is committed to providing a nationally recognized and uniform approach tailored for Primary Health Networks (PHNs). Our membership's objective is to empower PHNs in the adoption of evidence-based quality improvement strategies that cater to the distinctive needs of their regions. Through NINCo, we strive to unite PHN staff, fostering networking, skill development, and the sharing of our program and priorities. By creating a platform that encourages collaboration, innovation, capacity and capability enhancement, as well as the exchange of best practices in CQI, we extend an invitation for you to become a part of the NINCo group list.
The streams are:
Stream 1 - National Quality Improvement Approach and Evidence Base Development
Stream Lead - Jasmine Kellaway
The primary focus of this stream will be
unified framework, standardizing data sources and toolkits, offering user-friendly templates, and applying the PDSA methodology.

Stream 2 - Workforce Capacity Enhancement

The primary focus of this stream will be
collaboration with Prestantia and IHI, creating accessible online education materials, ensuring QI 101 consistency, emphasizing Primary Sense, publishing literature, training facilitators, sharing best practices, addressing staff turnover, and planning for the next phase.
Stream 3 – MyMedi QI
Stream Lead - Bev Korn
The primary focus of this stream will be
streamlined documentation, a National QI toolkit, collaborative PHN education, adaptable localization, efficient information delivery, and future planning.
